Vision

Values

Catalyzing Capital

Indigenous women entrepreneurs are an $11 billion dollar community, with no meaningful pathway toward capital. Imagine the potential when we design intentionally and specifically for Indigenous women.

Rebalancing Decision-Makers at the Table

Current day investment and finance systems were built to exclude Indigenous people, which means that those systems will always maintain the power if left unchanged. We call for accomplices to join in the recreation of these systems with Indigenous women at the table.

Unleashing (or Standing In) Our Power

For centuries, Indigenous women have been the backbones and caregivers of our communities, holding key decision making roles and guiding our communities forward. The time is now to bring women back into leadership to foster healing and balance.

Restoring Matrilineal Leadership

Indigenous women have been the life givers, caretakers, and knowledge keepers since time immemorial. We have always led the path toward sustenance. We believe that everyone wins when Indigenous matriarchs are leading.

Repairing the Capital System

Systems aligned with power in profit leave out a critical component: humanity. We believe that systems should be led by what we feel and where we come from in order to create sustainable and just capital systems that everyone can access.

Breaking Cycles

For generations as sustainers of family and home, Indigenous women have been making change with little resources. Imagine what we could do with more. We believe that Indigenous women have a right to generational health and wealth.

Waterway (versus pipeline) describes the abundance of Indigenous women entrepreneurs, founders and leaders.
