Are you an Indigenous woman interested in a career in investment management? Are you interested in shifting power in the current economic system? Apply to the Rematriating Economies Apprenticeship (REA), a unique and valuable opportunity designed for Indigenous women by Indigenous women!

The REA is a paid four-month apprenticeship that centers Indigenous women as caretakers and leaders of economic systems, empowering them to support their families, communities, and tribes and to contribute to a future of economic mobility and justice.

Through trauma-informed programming, apprentices will gain a base knowledge of various investment strategies through the lens of Rematriation—the rebalancing of feminine energy into decision-making circles. They will join a growing ecosystem of matriarchs and mentors for life and be offered a tailored waterway into a career in investment and financial management. We envision a future thriving Indigenous economy that is repaired and restored through matrilineal leadership to unleash the economic power of Indigenous communities.

  • Yes! Outside of the weekly learning modules led by industry experts, we are also designing fireside chats so you can engage with industry experts more directly.

  • The apprenticeship is not accredited as it is created to be a new Indigenized model for learning and growing access to capital knowledge as no school in the world teaches the breadth and depth of the topics we will offer in this program. Thus each apprentice will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the course that will add to their learning certifications.
