Holly patterson

Navajo Nation/Diné

“Future Checkwriter. That is the impact of the REA program. A combination of my previous experience of working with businesses, interacting as an active member of my indigenous community, and the untraditional path that has led me to this point are my superpowers in investment. I'm excited to be a part of the redefinement of what fund management and the investment sector represents while being a pivotal agent in a Founder's entrepreneurial journey.”

Holly is a business coach within the Navajo Nation's first creative coworking space and business incubator Change Labs and a #FirstWave apprentice with Rematriating Economies Apprenticeship empowered by The Future is Indigenous Women. She serves as a board member on the Native American Alumni Association at Dartmouth College and NMCAN (a nonprofit to support young adults in New Mexico transitioning from the foster care system).

Holly is passionate in aligning her work and life around community impact and hope to continue to support efforts to overcome or circumnavigate barriers for marginalized individuals. She strongly believes in building sustainable tribal economies with partnerships of individuals with native forward relationships. Holly advocates for opportunities to exist and be created for anyone who wants to continue to live on their tribal/rural lands.
