“REA touches my heart and my life with its commitment to Indigenous women who are navigating systems not built to support us. REA found me at a cornerstone moment in my life as a rising leader in Native finance, and as a disconnected Indigenous person with a deep desire to reconnect. REA makes me feel closer to who I am professionally and personally and is helping me find the words for what it means to hold both of those identities. REA helps me find footing for the journey of healing ahead.”

Casey Pearlman (Inupiaq & Jewish) is passionate about wealth building within BIPOC and LGBTQ2S+ communities. She has 10+ years experience in Portland, Oregon's vibrant startup community where she worked with startups and funders across multiple industries with a special interest in emerging sectors such as clean tech and cannabis. She has been named an 'entrepreneur enthusiast' and works to unite that sentiment with her skills in resource gathering and business strategy. Casey currently serves the Indigenous communities of the Northwest through her work as the Director of Business Development at the Affiliated Tribes of Northwest Indians Economic Development Corporation, a Native CDFI serving 57 Tribes in the region.
